Product Marketing Manager

Tapcart is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to help identify product innovation opportunities, craft foundational and differentiated messaging, and use a data-driven approach to make business decisions. We are looking for a candidate who is unafraid to experiment, introduce new processes, and inspire others to execute coordinated plans.Â
In this role, you will be responsible for working cross-functionally with multiple internal stakeholders to build and deliver product launch campaigns and define GTM strategy for new products at Tapcart.Â
How you will make an impact:
- Conduct customer research across a variety of customer segmentsÂ
- Analyze customer insights and work with product teams to define product positioning and messagingÂ
- Continuously evaluate industry and competitive trends to best position Tapcart’s value prop in a rapidly changing marketÂ
- Develop product messaging informed by user research, market insights, and product knowledge.Â
- Copywriting, reviewing, and proofreading for marketing collateral.
- Dive into data in search of opportunities and areas for optimization across marketing, tactics, product usage, onboarding journeys, and more.
- Develop sales enablement material to help sales teams (Case studies, Presentations, Solution Briefs, White Papers)Â
-  Work with Product and Finance teams to set pricing that aligns with our users’ success and key stakeholders.Â
What we're looking for:
- 3+ years of experience in the SaaS/tech space in product marketing
- A track record of ideating and executing on innovative, impactful go-to-market tactics.
- Experience partnering with product teams to influence product strategy and roadmap, contributing to user research in support of that work.Â
- A skilled storyteller able to design and craft presentations/decks for any product and for various personas, who can coach others to do the same.Â
