An Insider's view of Socialive

What’s the vibe like in the office?

The vibe is community. You always have back up, whether you need to talk about your day or there’s a project that requires some extra resources, everybody listens. Even though we're remote we focus on getting to truly know each other and value each person for who they are holistically. We're a team of smart people changing the world in our own way.

How do you collaborate with other teams in the company?

We work rigorously to clarify every team’s stake in the plan. We allow each other to challenge opinions, suggest ideas and push back on unnecessary work. By being honest and open, we co-create better solutions. Simply put, we achieve so much more working together than any one team could on their own.
