PeerStreet is a leading marketplace for investing in real estate backed loans (www.PeerStreet.com). We are seeking a dynamic, driven Product Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team, with a focus on our B2B business to help us with our next phase of growth and to craft compelling content about our technology, services, and value proposition. 

The Product Marketing Manager will manage communications for PeerStreet's loan products and private money lender programs. This role requires a combination of B2B product marketing skills, real estate/mortgage knowledge, and sales team enablement experience. 

In this role, you will be working across multiple departments to coordinate launches. Working with product management and multiple teams in our Real Estate division, you will develop messaging, positioning and content for our growing portfolio of investment products.

You will also conceive and develop innovative marketing programs that drive both supply and demand. To be successful in this position, you will be able to define product portfolio strategy, have a talent for product positioning, have experience using analytics and data to both make decisions and optimize marketing programs.

Responsibilities: 

  • Drive Go-To-Market strategy, including planning the launch of new products and post-launch measurement
  • Develop compelling positioning and messaging that differentiate us in the market
  • Conduct market and competitive research - in conjunction with product managers, to define new features and products that will help us grow and better serve customers. Interviews, surveys, and data analysis.
  • Sales enablement and training – communicate the value proposition of the products to the sales and account management teams.
  • Collateral development - develop the public and private collateral and sales tools that support the selling process for each product – data sheets, web pages, FAQs, presentations, etc.
  • Drive successful cross functional alignment on go to market strategy & planning and track success metrics accordingly
  • Lead Voice of Customer efforts -- be the expert on our customers, uncovering insights that lead to breakthrough messaging, accelerated service adoption and product roadmap development
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to drive innovative marketing programs that are impactful to the business, drive growth, and grow customer satisfaction and retention

Qualifications: 

  • 3-5+ years of product marketing experience
  • Bachelor’s degree (finance, business or marketing preferred).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Natural storytelling skills with a gift for writing and ability to create compelling content that speaks to customer pain points.
  • Extremely customer-focused, with a passion for uncovering insights and translating them into actionable product & marketing plans
  • Highly collaborative with an affinity for building relationships across teams
  • Metrics-driven with strong ownership and focus
  • Experience working at a FinTech or SaaS company
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-moving environment and communicate clearly.
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
