About This Role:
Product Marketing at CREXi drives adoption of products and features through concise positioning, crisp messaging, relevant content and well-coordinated product launches.
Reporting to the Product Marketing Manager, the Product Marketing Associate position combines content strategy, demand generation, and qualitative research skills to help advance CREXi’s sales enablement program and go-to-market strategy. This dynamic and exciting role offers the opportunity to join a growing company with strong prospects and get hands-on with building a modern SaaS product marketing practice.
What You’ll Do:
Become an expert in the commercial real estate industry and CREXi user in order to define and develop meaningful sales enablement and product marketing content
Develop engaging, audience-centric sales content – including emails, decks, blog posts, ebooks, and white papers
Leverage data and insights to manage and optimize CREXi’s product marketing and sales enablement content
Continuously and consistently increase adoption of platform features and tools using a variety of onboarding and retention tactics
Conduct qualitative and quantitative research ideally without extensive supervision to continuously develop a body of knowledge related to customers and the market to evolve the content strategy
Work closely with the Product team to understand upcoming product feature releases and create internal product communication and training
Contribute to product profitability by creating holistic go-to-market plans that create awareness and drive top-of-funnel leads
Coordinate with Product, Marketing, Sales and Support to take new products, features, and services to market for both current customers and prospects
Develop product support and training materials – including written copy, visuals, and video – to enable self-service and drive increased engagement and retention
Attend industry events & conferences to learn more about user needs and drive the development of engaging content
Who You Are:
3+ years of product marketing experience
Demonstrable experience with product launches
Experience creating and managing sales enablement content
Strong, proven writing skills
Professional presentation and communication skills
Strong project management capabilities
Detail-oriented, proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Nice to Have:
Content marketing or digital content strategy experience
Proven results employing sales enablement content to affect business KPIs
Experience with Appcues and Hubspot
