The Performance Marketing Manager plays a leading role in the management of digital projects with the goal to drive traffic and brand exposure for Advertise Purple’s various digital assets by optimizing traffic channels including but not limited to:  display advertising, search advertising,organic search optimization, and all social marketing.  The ideal candidate will ideate, create, and optimize acquisition programs, campaigns, and activities across the business’s online platforms.

This hire will build and execute the  programs and campaigns that will drive additional visibility to the Advertise Purple brand through traditional and experimental marketing channels. The Performance Marketing Manager will be the lead on delivering growth in traffic channels including  Paid Search (SEM),  Organic/SEO, email marketing, and content syndication. In addition to strategy, this position is responsible for several analytical functions. You will conduct research and analyses in order to deliver reports to the senior management on the performance of marketing campaigns and programs as well as conducting forecasting and estimations on the profitability of those campaigns. They will also optimize targeting and segmentation, as well as the allocation of budgets across multiple paid social channels inclusive of YouTube and Facebook in order to generate cost-effective user actions.

Required Skills/Experience

  • Bachelor degree from an accredited university

  • 3-5 years of aligned experience 

  • Experience building effective multi-channel marketing strategies, including affiliate marketing, PPC/SEM, SEO, social media and other digital channels.

  • Expertise in campaign and channel analysis and reporting, including Google Analytics experience.

  • Excellent analytical skills and leverage data, metric, analytics, and consumer behavior trends 

  • Highly goal-oriented individual and have excellent communication skills.

  • Strong problem solver.
