Partner Marketing Manager (Sales Enablement)

InStride is seeking a Marketing Manager to support our corporate partner marketing efforts. This is a high-profile growth opportunity to partner closely with and support sales, helping to move prospects through the funnel. As a function of sales enablement, this role will act as champion for our messaging throughout the customer journey funnel. We are seeking a teammate who will support sales with the right tools, and the right campaigns, at the right time including creation of assets, videos, webinars and possibly events. As well, this person will conduct competitive intelligence and serve as the in-house authority on customer needs. Key Responsibilities
- Sales support process: Establish and uphold an efficient process to anticipate sales support needs. Examples include implementing Account Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns, building sales deck templates and providing guidance on pitch messaging where needed.
- Sales enablement tools: Create product content such as case studies, videos, website copy, one-pagers and other assets to increase deal velocity and nurture leads.
- Consistent messaging: Champion and communicate clearly InStride’s product messaging across all relevant functions. You will collaborate with design, product, learner marketing, & sales, ensuring consistency with terminology and positioning.
- Competitive intelligence: Conduct and circulate competitive intelligence by executing market research, identifying tools to help the sales team promote our competitive advantages.
- Customer expertise: Determine and maintain expertise on understanding (and validating) prospect corporate partners’ needs, wants and behaviors.
- Internal communication strategy: Develop a streamlined communications strategy to communicate the value of new products and services to the sales and marketing teams, supporting consistent messaging from lead generation to sales close.
- Management of analytics: Measure and optimize the buyer journey as it relates to product feature adoption and usage.
- Lead generation webinar management: Build, maintain, execute and promote a repeatable webinar cadence offering up content to attract new leads, as well as engage existing leads making them ready to talk to sales.
- Event support: Team with sales to choose strategic external events to attend, own the events calendar, and support event administration (registration, booth, marketing materials, marketing positioning, content topics and more).
Ideal Profile
- 5+ years Marketing experience in a role developing and managing content strategy and supporting product marketing / messaging initiatives
- Experience designing and conducting successful lead generation & engagement webinars; experience with webinar tool(s) (On24, GoToWebinar, Zoom, other)
