Role Overview:

We’re looking for a seasoned partner marketing professional with experience driving partner launches and programs that grow EZ Texting’s partner ecosystem and revenue. This role will draw from experience in partner marketing, product marketing, campaign management, and content creation and delivery. To excel in this role, candidates must be self starters, have a ‘can do’ attitude and be comfortable working in a fast paced, cross-functional team environment.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with partnership, marketing, and other teams across the company to design and build repeatable partner go-to-market programs, including partner communications, partner engagement and enablement (e.g., one pagers, pitch decks, custom landing pages, marketplace listings) and joint demand generation activities (e.g., promotions, webinars, blogs, case studies, and more)

• Assist with the launch of new partner integrations, including product positioning, content development, channel marketing execution, EZ Texting & partner team enablement, and overall project management

• Build strong relationships and grow revenue with our partners, ensuring EZ Texting’s role as a favored company with which to partner

• Collaborate with marketing departments (creative design, content, web development, marketing programs) to balance competing projects and partner management objectives to ensure projects are completed on time

• Build strong cross-functional relationships with other key departments including Product, Sales, Account Management, Finance, Business Intelligence and others

• Track and measure program success, making adjustments to continuously improve and maximize results

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of of relevant partner marketing, partner enablement, product marketing and campaign management experience in the B2B software / technology industry

• BA/BS required; MBA is a plus

• Established track record of success in launching and managing technology partnership initiatives

• Highly organized self-starter willing to roll up your sleeves on a variety of tasks - from writing copy to positioning product features to launching new partnerships

• Comfortable operating in a dynamic, highly collaborative, remote work environment

• Adept at working cross functionally with key stakeholders within EZ Texting and partner organizations

• Comfortable working with partner programs in their infancy

• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills

• Prior experience in a startup environment is a plus
