FabFitFun is looking for a data-driven Customer Acquisition Marketing Assistant to join our Acquisition Marketing team! This role will report to the Sr. Manager of Paid Social, and will help support the day-to-day strategy, management and monetization of our digital marketing campaigns across all social platforms. The ideal candidate will not only be interested in pursuing a path in paid media, but will showcase exceptional attention to detail, and a willingness to learn quickly in a fast-paced and team focused environment. 

What You’ll Do:

• Provide support to our Customer Acquisition team with day-to-day digital campaign management 
• Help execute marketing initiatives that reach the target audience through paid campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat and other social media platforms
• Coordinate and schedule the paid social calendar and update posting timelines for each designated social channel 
• Maintain social analytics reporting, by pulling relevant data and insights on campaign performance that support campaign optimization decisions
• Conduct market research to assist with identifying new and emerging social partners/channels
• Perform ad hoc requests as it relates to team operations including billing, reporting, new vendor setup, etc

What You'll Bring:

• 1 year of exposure to results-oriented customer acquisition/growth marketing campaigns across various social media platforms
• Proficient Excel skills and familiarity with Google Docs and the rest of the MS Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field preferred
• Blend of creativity and analytical skills with a strong results-oriented, metrics-driven approach to problem solving
• Ability to effectively communicate coupled with strong presentation skills
• Aptitude to work outside of your comfort zone and get things done quickly
• Capacity to juggle multiple projects across various tools and platforms
• Passion for new technology and staying on the pulse of effective growth tactics
