DISQO seeks an energetic, data-driven, and innovative Paid Search (PPC) Manager to join our Growth Marketing team. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in performance marketing, managing budgets of $500k - $1M per month, and understands what it takes to compete for some of the most competitive keywords in Google. You should be able to own a conversation around Google’s Optimization score and have a good grasp on how to (re)structure campaigns to maximize a mix of manual and automated bid strategies. Equally important to your technical paid search chops is your ability to communicate your analysis and recommendations. What You Get To Do:
- Develop & lead strategies and account management for pay per click (PPC) search campaigns (Google / Bing) including the planning, implementation, budget management, performance review, and optimization of these campaigns
- Analyze, manage and continuously improve performance across paid search campaigns, focusing on scaling acquisition while achieving efficiency targets and quality based on LTV / CAC
- Be accountable for meeting ROAS targets and develop insights/tactics that will increase revenues month-over-month
- Maintain and monitor keyword lists, bids, daily and monthly budget caps, impression shares, quality scores and other important account metrics
- Provide recommendations and execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, and other facets of paid search in accordance with DISQO’s growth strategy
- Build and execute a data-driven testing roadmap across messaging, creative, audience, frequency and channel mix; provide creative copy suggestions and graphical ad templates
- Manage and refine complex acquisition and multi-touch attribution modeling
- Own regular communication of campaign performance against targets, bringing clear analysis and insights to senior leadership on a weekly/monthly/ quarterly basis, highlighting opportunities and trends for continued growth
- Implement, modify, and adapt new procedures for paid search management
- Lead budgeting and monthly forecasts ensuring that the marketing team is aware of each month’s forecast, strategies, and guardrails to ensure successful execution
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data Analytics teams to improve the customer journey and leverage/provide insights to unlock new growth and conversion opportunities
- Work and maintain solid relationships with key partners such as Google, Microsoft and other platforms
What You Bring To The Role:
- 5+ years of experience successfully managing paid search strategy and delivery across Google and Microsoft Ads
- Expert-level knowledge of PPC and web analytics tools
- Ability to build sophisticated SQL queries that include complex JOINs and CTEs
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Advanced proficiency in managing paid search campaigns from implementation through execution, with a proven track record of driving reduced CPAs
- Excellent analytical skills, a passion for metrics and quantitative analysis
- Growth hacker at heart, with a data-driven mindset focused on optimizing day-to-day performance
