Our client, a $100m+ business with over 40 employees, is truly revolutionizing the way alcohol is discovered and bought online. Established for over 10 years, 80% of their sales now come through subscription and they are looking for someone to come in and continue this exceptional growth.

There’s an opportunity here for a full-time SEM Manager to run paid campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook and Snapchat. This person will conceptualize, design, and implement their customer acquisition strategy across the channels, and also own all metrics and KPI's related to these channels to ensure that performance aligns with the wider marketing strategy.

The Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and own the Paid Search strategy to ensure that our client achieves its overarching acquisition goals.
  • Set up, run, and continuously monitor all campaigns for maximum performance on KPI's, such as conversion rate, cost of acquisition, etc.
  • Continuously A/B test all campaigns to maximize ROI and efficiency in order to reduce payback time of newly acquired customers.
  • Collaborate with the Creative & Brand teams to develop a roadmap that continually tests new assets and ideas.
  • Collaborate with the Analytics team to ensure that the ROI of all campaigns meet and exceed ROI goal and customer LTV requirements.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in a data-driven marketing role, overseeing paid campaigns on Google Ads
  • Solid understanding of SEM best practices
  • Very strong analytical and advanced MS Excel skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with experience working cross-functionally
  • Can-do attitude and willingness to roll with the punches
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher (preferably in marketing or quantitative field) from a recognized institution
