About the Role:

If you are an enthusiastic and entrepreneurial marketing expert looking to build a marketing function from the ground up, and want to be a part of revolutionizing the way people pay their bills, then we need your help. 

As Marketing Strategist, Demand Generation, you will create and execute Papaya’s B2B demand generation strategy in close collaboration with our Sales and Executive team. Success in this role means creating and executing the foundation for a scalable demand generation strategy.

What you would be doing: 

  • Drive the entire end to end strategic planning process for the marketing organization with a focus on demand generation; continuously refresh and iterate on the strategic plan
  • Implement the marketing strategy including content creation, appropriate tool selection and implementation, and follow up analysis & revision
  • Define KPIs and implement enterprise level measurement, analytics, benchmarking, and reporting methods to gauge success for marketing programs
  • Build, further develop, and leverage relationships with current partners, non-profit professional trade organizations and industry leaders to promote Papaya’s brand, mission, and movement in the market
  • Create, design and wordsmith all marketing material and publications
  • Manage relevant marketing tools & their connections to Salesforce

We’d like to hear from candidates with: 

  • A Diverse marketing toolkit. Someone who’s well versed in a broad range of marketing strategies.
  • 5+ years of experience in a relevant marketing role.
  • Experience in building brand awareness with the goal of generating sales leads.
  • Strong leadership, communication and analytical skills.
  • Proven knowledge of Salesforce.
