FabFitFun is currently seeking a Marketing Project Manager to join our team! Your mission is to help keep our robust marketing team on task, on brand, and in excellent standing with all other teams at FabFitFun. We are looking for an innovative, self-starter with exceptional organizational skills. If others describe you as responsible, detail-oriented, and a killer multitasker, this is the role for you!

What You’ll Do:

Report to the VP, Marketing and support each of the pillars of the marketing department (Editorial, Influencer Marketing, and Customer Acquisition) by implementing, and maintaining project schedules/deadlines
Oversee marketing calendar, track progress of seasonal campaigns, establish deliverables, map milestones, and determine execution paths
Partner with team leads to identify and resolve issues, prioritize requests and deliver tasks in a timely manner
Facilitate and organize marketing assets
Schedule and coordinate meetings including associated administrative duties
Assist with collecting and organizing spendings/receipts from all team members for budget purposes
Work cross-functionally across the organization with teams, such as merchandising, finance, legal, creative and operations
Contribute with various marketing projects as necessary

Who You Are:

5+ years of related project manager experience in a fast-paced environment
Knowledgeable of the evolving marketing and e-commerce landscape, including exposure to digital marketing and media
Bachelor degree in related field
Experience in leading projects from concept to completion and engaging with various group business leads
Ability to evaluate current workflow process’ and present opportunities for increased efficiencies
Expert in Excel, Google Docs/Spreadsheets, KeyNote etc.
Excellent communication, organizational, writing and presentation skills
