About the Role


The Marketing Operations Specialist will be responsible for building and maintaining Marketing Programs on behalf of our Marketing Business. You will focus on Direct to Consumer technical marketing activities like sending emails, SMS, and push notifications. In this role, you will grow your Marketing Automation skill set by learning about templatization, dynamic content, and Marketing at scale. You should consider this role if you are interested in automation, programming, databases, customer journeys, building from scratch, and most importantly learning.


Please note, we can only hire candidates that live within the following states: AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, KY, MI, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OK, PA, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Learn and Document, refine and socialize best practices for campaign automation across a variety of channels; including but not limited to: email, SMS, push, direct mail, SEM, SEO, social media, etc.
  • Learn how to use and manage Customer Journeys with Customer Engagement Platforms
  • Execute on weekly multi-branded marketing campaigns
  • Design, Build, Test, and Deploy automated Customer Journeys

What you bring to the role:

  • 0-2 years of TECHNICAL Marketing Experience
  • Has basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL
  • Bachelor’s degree in applicable field
  • You must be a self-starter and show that you can navigate an organization to find answers
  • If answers are not available, you need to show that you can provide options and recommendations 
  • Desire to learn and be mentored
  • Proven success in delivering on your commitments
  • Stellar communication and presentation skills
  • Comfortable working with multiple enterprise stakeholders and ability to build consensus
