We are looking for a Marketing Operations Associate to support our growing marketing team. This position will contribute to the day-to-day management of GoGuardian's marketing automation platforms. Using AppCues and Drift, you will help test variable messaging, monitor lead flow and follow-up, create and segment lists, and develop processes that create operational efficiencies within our systems. This is a hands-on role that will collaborate cross-team with product marketing and revenue to drive results, engagement, and revenue.

You’ll be part of our Marketing team, reporting to the Marketing Operations Manager. Our team is defined by high levels of creativity, positivity, and accountability. What You'll Do

• Supporting the Marketing, product and revenue team in the overall operations and end-to-end testing/deployment of AppCues and Drift marketing campaigns, including: building lists and segments, testing & QA of mass comms, and building templates.
• Helping build and test messaging in our user engagement platforms -- adding personalization & dynamic content to level up our nurture programs
• Working with the Marketing Operations Manager to deploy tactics that improve the lead distribution and handoff process, increasing sales opportunities and sales cycle efficiencies through database management, lead scoring, alerting, etc.
• Maintaining the organization & consistency of Appcues and Drift programs and reports
• Owning archive processes to ensure the database is easy to navigate

Who You Are

• Degree in Marketing or related field1-2 years experience in a marketing role
• Experience working with Appcues, Drift, Intercom or other user engagement platforms
• Database management experience
• Experience using marketing automation tools such as Hubspot, Pardot and Marketo
• Strong analytical skills, ability to use data to optimize, and passion for continuous improvement
• Strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail
• Ability to manage various projects at once in an ever-changing environment, while working well with cross-functional teams
• Efficient and nimble in concepting, piloting, and scaling new initiatives and ideas
• Project planning including internal and external stakeholder management
