Marketing Manager 

The XYPRO Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, development and execution of XYPRO’s marketing strategies and programs in the exciting field of Cybersecurity!  The right candidate will be responsible for all aspects of marketing, including written, recorded and video content, SEO, online advertising, email marketing, social media, marketing automation, public relations, collateral development, website updates, etc.  The XYPRO Marketing Manager optimizes XYPRO's marketing using quarterly KPIs and collaborates with internal and external resources to generate qualified leads, increase sales, deepen customer engagement and increase brand awareness.

Essential Functions:

• Coordinate and keep current, the marketing calendar
• Prioritize multiple tasks with sound judgment, initiative, follow-through and attention to detail
• Directly create and/or coordinate creation and deliver of brand positioning, messaging and imagery, increasing XYPRO brand awareness to targeted audiences 
• Directly create and/or coordinate creation and calendaring of written, verbal and video content using internal and external resources as appropriate
• Manage web and mobile presence (managing design and content, including photos, blog posts, podcasts and video)
• Plan attendance and sponsorships of conferences/symposiums/trade associations 
• Create and manage all physical marketing materials (proposals, brochure, conference giveaways, etc.)       
• Use marketing automation and quarterly KPIs to continually optimize marketing activities and mix (including social media) and direct external resources/agency       

Position Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years experience 
• Strong experience with current industry standards and techniques for digital content creation and management; hands-on experience using best practices for SEO 
• Strong experience interpreting metrics like Google Analytics, mass email analytics, marketing automation and other social media monitoring tools
• Demonstrated ability to proactively manage multiple projects and foresee needs in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Excellent writing, proof-reading and editing skills
• Demonstrated competence with Microsoft Office Suite, WordPress, Adobe Create Cloud Suite, SEMRush
• Experience planning and coordinating conferences & corporate events
• Ability to work independently to meet expected deadlines and schedules
• Experience in FinTech and/or Cybersecurity a PLUS
