InkLnk is a mobile app that connects tattoo clients to tattoo artists. We were beginning pre launch when COVID happened, shops closed, the world turned upside-down. InkLnk is seeking someone who is passionate about tattoos, hopefully has some tattoo industry connections, and loves to think outside of the box in order to generate brand awareness and scale. Unconventional thinking for an industry that is infamously independent. 

Responsibilities 

• Explore various marketing channels, working closely with the Founder to isolate and attack.
• Create lean budgets with flexibility.
• Work with existing PR to generate content.
• Work with Founder on overall social media strategies, identify trends and analyze data/outcomes.
• Guerrilla marketing for a two sided marketplace.
• Work closely with Founder to identify and initiate brand partnerships.
• Pitch influencers and brand ambassadors.
• Comprehensive understanding of our target audiences: Tattoo Clients and Tattoo Artists

Required Experience 

• 3+ years experience in marketing mobile tech
• Regional media knowledge 
• Flexibility 
• Creative problem-solving within tight budgets. InkLnk is a self funded start up.
• Strong communicator, ask or tell anything, anytime. Respond to emails. Seems weird to ask, but there it is.
• Good sense of humor, likes tattoos and wants to get this thing out there!

We are open to humble salary plus some equity or substantial equity only.
