We are looking for a Marketing Director that will be responsible for Digital and Traditional Marketing campaigns focused on consumer products and services. This role will work closely with our Product, Creative, Project and Development Teams.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Architect and execute user acquisition campaigns across multiple targets, geos, demographics, and channels across ad networks and social platforms (AdWords, Bing, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
- Develop and implement audience-centric content marketing strategies as a platform for promoting, enhancing, and projecting our startups and enterprise ventures
- Set strategic direction for Cie Digital Labs’ Startups and Enterprise Partnerships using competitor, industry, and consumer analysis

- Outline success measures for each campaign/program based upon organizational goals
- Research and stay up to date with new digital trends, platforms, and experiences that can inform digital marketing strategy and be used to reach consumers across multiple demographics
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
- Bachelors or higher in marketing, or business-related degree
- Multiple years of experience in digital marketing and analysis
- Must be adept in a variety of digital media platforms including the Google Marketing Platform, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram
- Deep understanding of marketing mix and customer decision journey
- Effective writing and presenting copy and content for multiple channels – websites, SEM, email, direct, product sheets, social, whitepapers.
- Entrepreneurial spirit able to identify and solve problems in an ambiguous environment
