What You’ll Do: 

  • Build out a thorough understanding of current capabilities and gaps across all sales channels from acquisition and through the customer lifecycle across geographies (pitch decks, talking points, competitive battle cards, product fact sheet, etc.). Partner with the sales and sales management teams to design and deliver transformational sales enablement.
  • Build out a robust enablement program through continuous learning and deliver the content in a way that it is curated for sales at the right time for the right customer.
  • Work with the Product Marketing function to build sales enablement around product bundles so all sales enablement content is built around solutions tailored for specific sub-segments of customers.
  • Design a rigorous process to ensure a rapid & agile method while making sure that sales enablement is effective & continuously improved based on frontline feedback.
  • Establish a robust reference program through programmatic testing; market research & build out a compendium of data, proof points, testimonials & customer success stories to enable sales.
  • Work with newly acquired sales partners(ex. NAI) to understand how to integrate sales enablement content & build their partnership/capabilities into sales enablement content.
  • Support all major enablement related sales events such as conferences and events that the sales team attends

 

What It Takes To Succeed:

  • Success will be measured by the overall business impact of your enablement solutions, collaboration across cross-functional teams, and deployment of a data-driven enablement framework.
  • You are a team player who brings a "whatever it takes" attitude to succeed and further the goals of the company and the sales teams.
  • Build a trusted partnership with stakeholder teams and deep understanding of their respective businesses in order to discover the critical enablement needs
  • You will have direct leadership experience working in large commercial and enterprise sales organizations. SaaS experience is a plus. 
  • Partner with cross-functional teams such as Product, Marketing, Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services and Sales Ops.
  • Data-Driven: Ability to use data to design and measure enablement

 

Who You Are:

  • 8+ years of work experience in Sales Enablement focused functions.
  • 5+ years of experience in a Commercial Real Estate environment
  • Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or Operations Strategy from an accredited university
  • Solid strategic planning skills combined with exceptional project execution capabilities.
  • Strong analytical mindset combined with the ability to analyze data and reports.
  • Collaborative mindset with leadership capabilities and the ability to influence.
  • Excellent understanding of standard business practices related to Sales Enablement processes and systems
  • Clear strategic thinker with vision and with the ability to execute on priorities.
  • Advanced PowerPoint presentation skills and an ability to present to senior stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills including scheduling, workstream management, risk management, status reporting, and resource management.

Location

Our headquarters is located in trendy Playa Vista, California. With plenty of restaurants, shopping, and the beach nearby, we cannot ask for a better location! We also have an East Coast office in Miami, FL.

Crexi's work-life balance is ideal in my opinion. The expectation is to come in, put in the time and get your job done. There are high job expectations for each role. I have an open door policy. I also like to walk around the office regularly and chat with the team. We also do monthly company-wide meetings. Another way I make myself accessible is by doing brown bag lunches with employees.
