FabFitFun is searching for a Marketing Creative Specialist to join our team! This role is critical to continuing to drive growth for our business and efficiency for our media spend #iheartlowcpas. Reporting to the Director, Customer Acquisition, this Specialist must have an extensive understanding of paid advertising and how to construct successful marketing campaigns as it relates to the creative content.

What You’ll Do

• Facilitate marketing campaign plans for all marketing acquisition channels, as well as requests, shot lists and timelines for shoots
• Analyze previous paid media campaigns and conduct competitive research to ensure FFF is staying
• Be the voice of marketing acquisition on set for our shoots in-house and on location
• Develop content and creatives that will drive high-response rates in addition to maintaining brand voice and aesthetic for all marketing campaigns and social platforms
• Communicate with stakeholders to receive necessary information for campaigns and ensure timely delivery of assets
• Continuously ideate and execute new strategies and tactics within paid social channels, such as Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, and Pinterest
• Act as the liaison between the acquisition team and other pillars of the marketing department, as well as our finance, legal, creative and warehouse teams

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience working in a fast-paced and creative environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Marketing, Communications, Digital/Social Media or related field
• Must be highly organized, keen attention to detail with stellar communication skills
• Comfortable speaking up in a way that is positive, productive, and efficient
• Aptitude to work outside of your comfort zone and get things done quickly
• Can thrive independently and work well with a team
• Possesses a deep understanding of the production / creative process
• Confident navigating top social media platforms
• Passion for new technology and staying on the pulse of effective marketing tactics
• Some travel required for campaign-related photo shoots
