FabFitFun is searching for a Marketing Creative Coordinator to join our growing Paid Media team! Reporting to the Sr. Specialist, Marketing Creative, this integral role will act as the liaison between the Marketing and Creative teams to ensure all paid media assets meet marketing performance goals.  

What You’ll Do:

• Receive, monitor, and ensure timely delivery of creative requests from the Paid Media Marketing team using project management tool, Wrike
• Write creative briefs for marketing asset requests with excellent articulation and attention to detail
• Facilitate the feedback and revision process of marketing creative assets between the Marketing and Creative team
• Provide marketing representation during in-house and location shoots; organize photo and video shot lists, select models, and style box products using your creative eye and historic performance data to drive conversions
• Partner with Creative, Merchandising, and Legal teams on projects including product curation for ads, model selection, and legal approval across paid content
• Lead pre-production meetings to align the Creative team with marketing priorities for specific creative projects and shoots
• Conduct competitive research to ideate new trends, strategies, and tactics within paid social channels (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok) on a seasonal basis

What You’ll Bring:

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a creative marketing or project management role
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field 
• Experience using a project management software is required (Wrike or Asana a plus)
• Exposure to paid social media marketing (Facebook ad manager is a plus)
• Previous knowledge of digital performance marketing KPIs (CPA, CPM, etc) or on set experience a plus
• Prioritization rockstar, managing multiple timelines and a high volume inbox of marketing creative requests 
• Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate effectively with cross- functional teams to achieve marketing objectives
• Proficient in Excel for some ad performance analysis
• Comfortable and confident speaking up in a way that is positive, productive, and efficient
• Must have a car - some travel required for campaign related photo/video shoots
