Marketing Specialist (B2B)

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to have a hand in everything, including marketing communications, customer acquisition, market research, competitive analysis and more in the growing wireless industry. You will be responsible for creating highly-customized pitch materials across all of Boingo’s lines of business and supporting the development of Request for Proposal (RFP) responses.

In this role, you will become a subject matter expert across a wide variety of mobile and wireless technologies. You’ll need curiosity and a keen attention to detail. This is a hardworking, fast-paced environment where execution and attention to detail are as important as enjoying the work and the Boingo culture. This is a remote position.

Responsibilities: 

• Partner closely with Business Development and Account Management teams to support customer acquisition and retention
• Create highly customized pitch decks and proposals for new opportunities and existing clients
• Write compelling customer-facing copy aligned with Boingo’s brand voice
• Assist with collecting market research and competitive data
• Support team as needed on RFP responses including gathering content from other teams, ensuring accuracy/completeness and managing delivery logistics
• Assist in creating and managing Salesforce processes and dashboards to track success and measure ROI

 Is this you?

• Has experience in a B2B marketing environment
• 1-2 years' experience in a marketing role
• Has a bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing or related field
• Possesses outstanding written and verbal communication skills for a variety of audiences
• Is positive and ready to proactively contribute and learn
• Possesses high-level MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite skills
• Has an incredibly upbeat, positive, “can do” attitude
• Demonstrates superior attention to detail
