About the role
The theatrical marketing team manages campaigns to support Crunchyroll’s theatrical marketing slate. From ideation to execution, the strategies we develop are important to promoting awareness for theatrical releases, growing box office and extending Crunchyroll’s content offering.
Theatrical Marketing Coordinator is important to helping bring a campaign to life and maintaining promotion during the entire lifecycle of a film - from driving early awareness during pre open windows to ticketing and performance during release and through chase.
You will be dedicated to theatrical marketing and will manage the daily development of all theatrical campaigns for Crunchyroll to grow engagement and awareness.
You will manage creative assets, maintain project trackers and calendars, as well as provide operational support to the theatrical marketing team.
In the role of Theatrical Marketing Coordinator, you will report to the Director, Theatrical Marketing.
This is a contract position, estimated to be 6 months in length.
About You
We are excited about candidates who have 2-3 years of marketing experience, with at least 1 year working in the entertainment or media industry and have experience managing creative assets.
A day in the life of our Marketing Coordinator, Theatrical:
- Work with multiple teams to coordinate campaigns and brainstorm on new theatrical strategies.
- Envision and help develop marketing campaigns to establish and grow box office.
- Manage creative asset requests and revisions.
- Maintain budgets, PO and invoice coding management and submission.
- Create campaign recap and wrap reporting

The Pay Range for this position is listed. Actual pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Crunchyroll’s Total Rewards offerings for employees.
