Advertise Purple is experiencing a high growth period and seeking an entry-level coordinator for our Growth team. The coordinator’s primary responsibility is to aid in helping Content Managers with all general network tasks. These include but are not limited to affiliate commission increases, text link, banner, and promo code uploads for secured affiliate opportunities. The coordinator plays a pivotal role in the success of the department and company overall by implementing all necessary pieces in a timely manner to ensure all opportunities are set up correctly, go live on time, and drive maximum performance output for Advertise Purple clients. 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Main point of contact for setting up all secured affiliate opportunities
• Find new publishers by leveraging network tools
• Identifying contacts for these partners
• Input all necessary information for each secured opportunity in an efficient and timely manner
• Staying organized in a fast-paced environment, paying close attention to detail, ensuring all opportunities are set up correctly
• Work closely with Account Management Departments to communicate Partnership Affiliate questions/requests
• Optimize existing Affiliate relationships and processes logistics of new Client additions into assigned Affiliate
• Quantify effectiveness of new and existing partners, store pages, and Affiliate performance

KPI (Main Measure of Success):

• Main: 
  • Revenue growth of Assigned Affiliates (for non optimization campaigns)
• Second: 
  • Amount of content affiliates found

Qualifications

• 1 year of working experience (internships included)
• BA/BS degree from an accredited university.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Strong work ethic and proactive attitude.
• Intermediate knowledge of Excel, Google Suite. Google Analytics knowledge welcomed.

Compensation and Benefits

The coordinator position is a hybrid/work-from-home opportunity in Santa Monica, California. Two days in the office and three days working from home are required for this role. Salary range is $50,000 - $60,000 DOE.
