TITLE:  Marketing & Content Specialist
REPORTS TO:  Sr. Director, Marketing Content & Communications
 

TigerConnect, has an immediate opening for a Marketing & Content Specialist. This role will report to the Senior Director of Marketing Communication and work closely with the Marketing team to develop and execute strategic initiatives to deliver brand and marketing content across a diverse mix of communication channels. 

Our ideal candidate is a creative marketing professional, with the ability to translate technical concepts into a story that resonates with our target customers. He or she should also be deadline driven and have a talent for maintaining a steady drumbeat of content production, switching quickly between project management and content creation as needed. It’s also essential for this candidate to be up-to-date with new marketing technologies and trends.

What You'll Own:​

• Support in the development of editorial calendar for owned media channels (social and blog) to help TigerConnect build a true editorial presence in our market. 
• Produce content such as blogs, social media posts, infographics. 
• Work with internal and outside writers, managing the production of high-quality content and ensuring all deadlines are met.
• Collaborate with design, corporate communications, product marketing, and demand gen teams to produce high-quality content that map to business goals. 
• Edit, proofread and improve content, including SEO optimization.
• Partner with marketing operations to measure, test, and optimize campaigns and content to drive demand. 
• Maintain content marketing metrics dashboard, compiling analytics from social media platforms, Marketo, Salesforce, and GoogleAnalytics. 
• Manage our awards and speaking calendar and assist with applications, ensuring all deadlines are met. 
• Project manage and coordinate the development, distribution and promotion of new and existing marketing collateral (brochures, flyers, announcements, case studies, videos) with a specific focus on ensuring all deadlines are met across the team. 
• Manage and assign marketing requests from other departments in a timely and efficient manner - such as requests for collateral, business cards, SWAG, etc.

What You've Accomplished:

• BA/BS in Business, Marketing, Communications or related subject
• 2+ years related experience in a corporate marketing environment
• Highly computer literate and proficient with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Proficiency in Salesforce and Marketing Cloud
• Experience in advertising, collateral development, social media and content management
• Excellent interpersonal skills, professional presentation skills, demeanor and ability to interact with all organizational levels
• Ability to clearly articulate and express ideas; must possess strong corporate writing capabilities
• Highly self-motivated, organized and able to manage competing priorities
• Ability to work independently and partner effectively within and outside of the immediate team to achieve desired business results
• Strong work ethic and detail-oriented
• Knowledge/experience in financial services preferred
