What we’re looking for
We are looking for a metrics-driven, hands-on B2B marketing campaign manager to plan, execute, and evolve high-impact multichannel demand generation campaigns. You’ll work with the head of demand generation, product and content marketing, marketing operations, and other team members as well as freelancers and vendors to build out and launch ICP-targeted campaigns for each stage of the funnel. Your role is critical to increasing market awareness, generating demand, accelerating pipeline, and driving sales. 

What you’ll do

  • Develop and execute compelling, end-to-end, multichannel marketing campaigns to create demand with our target audiences at various stages of the marketing funnel
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders (sales, content marketing, product marketing, marketing operations, creative, social media, etc) to plan cohesive marketing campaigns that are on-brand, on-message, on-time, and coordinated across channels and tactics 
  • Strategize on the campaign calendar and planning across the marketing team
  • Create campaign-specific KPIs and forecasts to drive quality leads and lead conversions that meet or exceed monthly marketing KPIs and sales targets
  • Manage campaign asset development and deployment working with internal team members and external resources
  • Work with our marketing operations team to set up, deploy, and monitor campaign performance with regular reporting on results vs goals
  • Align with internal teams on results of campaigns, gather data and feedback, and generate ideas for campaign optimization
  • Optimize campaigns based on performance metrics and implement learnings across new campaigns and channels
  • Help develop test plans and experiment with acquisition initiatives and channels to identify high-impact opportunities

About you

  • 5+ years developing, managing, and scaling multichannel B2B demand generation campaigns, preferably in a SaaS environment
  • Track record of creating and executing successful B2B marketing campaigns using paid digital media, content marketing, events, sponsorships, social media, email marketing, and other channels and tactics
  • Exceptional project management and prioritization skills
  • Strong writing skills
  • Must be measurement-focused and results-driven across the full spectrum of campaign activities
  • Ability to implement data-driven insights from campaign performance into subsequent campaigns and channels
  • Experience measuring and optimizing spend across tactics
  • Hands-on expertise in one or more of the following areas not required, but a big plus: copywriting, paid media, SEO, ABM, A/B testing, web development, outbound marketing
  • Experience in HR tech or talent acquisition a big plus
