An Insider's view of Enervee

How would you describe the company’s work-life balance?

Enervee clearly promotes healthy work-life balance. For instance, as an employee, I don't have to go through a tedious process of approval for my time-off. I just need to coordinate with my manager, inform my teammates, and submit dates on PTO by Roots for company-wide visibility. This allows me to address concerns in and out of work as they arise.

IE

Sr. Analyst, Business Intelligence

How do you collaborate with other teams in the company?

Team collaboration takes various forms. One way is getting attached to different Scrum teams to learn their apps and deployment processes. That way DevOps is able to assist on demand.
Also we have common Slack channels for exchange of ideas and information feedback.

Eze

Sr. Engineer, DevOps

How does the company support your career growth?

I’ve been able to have 1:1 connects with our principal architect to dive deeper into topics that I’m curious about that supports my growth as a developer. Enervee also offers subscriptions to learning services to help developers continue their education on topics that are applicable to them as well as allows us to attend conferences like ng-conf.

Sharon

Mid+ Engineer, Software

How do your team's ideas influence the company's direction?

The Market Development team is critical for company strategy, because we focus on where the company should be going, not where it is today. We identify big, unsolved challenges or new market opportunities, develop ideas for novel solutions and line up partners to bring our vision to fruition, while removing obstacles that come with being first.

Anne

SVP, Market Development

What makes someone successful on your team?

We are very team oriented where the overall company goals are all of ours. We succeed, learn and grow together. To be successful here is to elevate everyone.

Marissa

Sr. Manager, Agile Projects
