About the Job

The Marketing Associate at Infillion will be responsible for assisting with a wide variety of marketing activities across both organizations. He/she must be able to think creatively, plan for and execute toward the desired outcome(s) of a marketing campaign, produce deliverables on a deadline, and collaborate with other team members and departments. As Marketing Associate, you will be collaborating with the entire marketing team as well as other leads from the product, sales, account management, and engineering departments.

The ideal candidate is “T-shaped” - someone who has a strong interest in a wide set of marketing competencies but who is skilled and can go deep on a few. He/she is also willing to develop his/her skills more fully alongside a talented and diverse team.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Launching multi-channel marketing campaigns to support product launches, company presence at industry events, and internal communication
  • Event planning and execution
  • Vendor coordination within timelines and budgets
  • Building, editing, and maintaining web pages
  • Writing press releases, sales copy, and taglines
  • Integrating marketing efforts with internal and external systems like Salesforce, Data Studio, Pardot, and more

What you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
  • 2-4 years of progressive experience in marketing and meeting/event planning
  • Experience managing sponsors or clients’ relationships and fulfillment required
  • The ideal candidate has a passion for events, is highly organized, has a high sense of urgency and is very customer service oriented
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite- strong Excel and PowerPoint skills are a must
  • Familiarity with registration systems 
  • Exposure to digital media and advertising and/or mobile internet/technology industries is a plus
  • Some travel (40%), late night and weekend work is required as needed
