Position Summary: 

Looking for a rockstar go-getter to support and help grow our PR, affiliate and VIP/influencer programs. Responsibilities will include daily management such as outreach, pitching, seeding and gifting on behalf of the brand. Additionally this person is responsible for supporting the marketing team in all experiential initiatives, marketing and retail events. They will serve as the marketing and strategic support for these categories both within the organization and to external functional partners. They will be responsible for management, execution and reporting in their key areas of ownership.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in influencer marketing on behalf of the organization by maintaining relationships with key influencers and gifting at relevant moments.
  • Monitor and stay abreast of influencer trends and new girls in the space to grow Ref’s share of voice.
  • Handle incoming PR pulls and manage gifting program/budget.
  • Manage VIP relationships internally and with external partners and agencies.
  • Report on the success of all gifting and celebrity initiatives to key stakeholders to determine effectiveness and provide actionable recommendations for the future.
  • Assist in existing relationships and identify, develop and manage new content publisher relationships with key outlets to grow affiliate channels.
  • Pitch affiliate publishers weekly, on new brand initiatives and product launches.
  • Help develop, manage and execute successful events as part of larger 360 marketing initiatives to support the brand as well as specific product launches and monthly campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Creative, Marketing, Retail, E-commerce, Merch, Sustainability, etc) to execute events effectively and keep initiatives aligned with evolving goals.
  • Support new store openings in key markets through events, influencers, gifting and PR initiatives.
  • Help execute sweepstakes and promotional marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Ideally has 1-2+ years minimum of experience in brand marketing, public relations, affiliate and/or influencer management.
  • Displays an understanding of and passion for the Reformation brand, our products, customer and sustainable mission.
  • Experience supporting innovative marketing plans with defined objectives on a global scale.
  • A strong ability to manage and develop relationships internally and with external partners in order to oversee and help execute projects effectively and to completion.
  • Detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills to manage simultaneous projects against deadline.
  • Strategic thinker willing to push the envelope and bring fresh, innovative ideas to life
  • Proactive problem-solving skills; ability to anticipate obstacles and also quickly generate alternate solutions/ideas and change course as needed
  • Strong time management skills; ability to juggle priorities and multiple projects
  • Can-do positive attitude and a roll-up-your-sleeves approach; personable and flexible with demands and changes in business
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
