The Opportunity...
We are looking for an experienced, data-driven, and energetic Marketing Analyst to join our team in LA. You will extract key data insights from web analytics and marketing campaign data, calculate AB test results and inform strategies and decision making at all levels. This is a cross-functional role that requires excellent communication, advanced Google Analytics skills, a strong quantitative aptitude and statistics knowledge as you will interact closely with a variety of product and marketing team members.
How You'll Contribute...
- Own web analytics ad hoc reporting and analysis to support growth initiatives of various web properties
- AB test measurement and statistical significance calculations
- Assist in projecting and forecasting revenue and profitability
- Create and manage link tracking and call tracking as needed
- Assist in AB testing program management
- Establish a cadence for monitoring KPIs for all web properties and active marketing campaigns
- Leverage Google Analytics data to drive insights, form hypotheses and proactively recommend testing opportunities
What We're Looking For...
- 2-4 years of marketing analyst or web analytics experience
- Bachelors in economics, data science, statistics, business or other related fields
- Demonstrated Google Analytics proficiency and/or certification
- Advanced knowledge of Excel
- Experience creating and managing Tableau workbooks
- Fundamental knowledge of white hat SEO tactics
- Superior analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use data and analysis to support assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions
- Strong business acumen, being able to interpret data into actionable growth or business ideas
- Strong verbal and written communication and collaboration skills
- Experience and ability to learn and understand technical concepts
