The Marketing Team
The Ruggable Marketing Team is collaborative and dynamic with clear growth targets in mind. Working closely with the Design, Operations, and Executive teams, the team aims to exceed revenue targets, elevate our brand status and broaden our customer appeal. We learn fast to adapt to the ever-changing e-commerce landscape.
Job Summary
We are currently seeking a Manager of Marketing Strategy & Insights to work closely with our Data & Analytics team to drive important strategic analyses. This role needs a detail oriented, analytical, strategic and creative thinker who is driven by data, is goal-oriented, and has a passion for working in a fast-paced environment. This candidate will be analyzing data and providing guidance to Marketing team leaders with actionable insights to help optimize initiatives across Acquisition, Retention, E-mail, Ecommerce, and Creative.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Collaborate with marketing leadership to develop strategy, goals and KPIs through the entire marketing funnel from awareness to purchase
- Develop frameworks, models, tools, and processes to ensure data influences decisions at all levels within different marketing channels
- Provide actionable recommendations and conclusions from data to shape media strategy and investments
- Collaborate with data and consumer insights teams to drive actionable decisions that improve the performance of our marketing campaigns
- Seek out opportunities to mentor junior team members on analytics and best practices
- Present data and findings to cross functional team members
- Lead and inspire an analytical driven approach to other members of the marketing team
Qualifications and Skills
- 2+ years of hands on experience working on an analytics or consulting driven role within an organization
- Proven track record of turning raw data into meaningful analysis, presenting to business stakeholders, and driving value for the business
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Analytical with strong quantitative skills
- Experience with Tableau or similar business intelligence/data visualization tools is a plus
- Advanced use of Google Analytics, Shopify, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other media or data platforms is a plus
- Knowledge of SQL with relational databases including data extraction and manipulation is a plus
