About the Lifecycle Marketing Manager, Healthcare (Temp) at Headspace:

Headspace is seeking a results-oriented Temporary Lifecycle Marketing Manager, Healthcare to join our Enterprise Marketing team. This position will play a critical role in developing the customer journey, defining landmarks along the way, and executing programs that drive deeper engagement with Headspace healthcare partners and members to increase retention and increase revenue per account.

The ideal candidate is a process-focused individual who has experience developing building and testing HTML emails, building automated workflows, working with in-app communications and experiences, and working with cross-functional teams.

How your skills and passion will come to life at Headspace:

• Help create and execute email, push, and in-app marketing campaigns using our in-house platform.
• Assist in monitoring performance of lifecycle channels and A/B tests of campaigns, identifying opportunities for improvement based on engagement, deliverability, etc.
• Develop new lifecycle marketing strategies to increase engagement and adoption.
• Leverage hypotheses-driven-innovation to help drive campaign strategies and initiatives designed to increase engagement, retention, and increase revenue. 

What you’ve accomplished:

• Designed and implemented successful lifecycle marketing campaigns to drive user engagement 
• You have built engaging user journeys using triggers and automation workflows
• You are an expert on email best practices
• You have experience using Braze and Hubspot 
• You are proficient in HTML and CSS
• Experience with Photoshop a plus
