Role Overview
InStride is looking for a Learner Engagement Specialist to support marketing efforts for InStride, our corporate partners, and their learners. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to roll up her/his sleeves and work alongside a passionate team. This is an exciting growth opportunity to help InStride deliver its mission.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the onboarding of new corporate & academic partners, as well as planning and execution of their marketing campaigns
- Support the development of campaign and content briefs, assisting with data and research
- Coordinate content reviews, revisions and approvals across stakeholders, in close partnership with the Brand Communications team
- Assist with copy creation of marketing collateral, email, landing pages and other content pieces
- Proofread and edit content pieces for spelling, grammar and accuracy, and ensuring maintains brand voice and consistency
- Manage content production process, ensuring content is being developed, reviewed and delivered on time and with quality
- Assist with the planning and execution of virtual events and fulfillment and distribution of related collateral
- Maintain regular reporting on marketing metrics across website, email, paid media and other channel performance
- Work closely across the marketing team to support projects and campaigns
Ideal Profile
- 3+ years marketing, advertising, communications or similar experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and a high bar for quality
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives with a track record of successfully meeting deadlines
- Demonstrated passion for driving high-impact marketing activities in a high-energy, fast-paced organization
- Excited by the challenge of building a world-class business that delivers not only high revenue growth and compelling ROI, but also has a meaningful impact on society
- Exposure to the functioning of higher education institutions through direct experience or affiliation with the education industry
- High EQ, comfort with ambiguity and a “no job too small” startup mentality
