Job Summary:
The International Marketing team is seeking a Junior Media Manager with 2+ years of experience to run acquisition and media campaigns for our international business. We are looking for a detail-oriented, analytical, strategic and creative thinker who is data-driven, goal-oriented, customer-centric, and has a passion for working in a fast-paced environment.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to not only drive direct, measurable results through campaigns, but to also participate in strategic planning on further growth opportunities. This role reports through the International department, with close collaboration to the Corporate Marketing team.
Responsibilities:
- Ad Management:
- Actively manage campaigns toward key KPIs by managing ads, bids, budgets, and audiences
- Run campaigns across multiple channels, including: search, shopping/product ads, direct mail, podcasts, retargeting, Pinterest, Snapchat, and Facebook/Instagram
- Identify creative assets and launch ads that engage target consumer segments
- Plan and analyze A/B tests on all aspects of campaigns, including audiences, creative, and bids
- Retention Programs:
- Oversee daily email operations to create and deploy emails
- Daily monitoring of campaign and delivery performance
- Segment email lists and develop systems for campaigns to various audiences to grow email list and maximize ROI from email marketing efforts
- Analysis:
- Diligently monitor the performance of every channel and campaign and provide regular reporting to the marketing team
- Find ways to optimize campaigns to continuously grow sales while hitting efficiency goals
- Provide insights to help the team improve efforts, including messages that drive engagement and sales, the impact of promotions, and similar analysis
- Conduct regular market research to stay informed about competitor strategies and opportunities in paid media (attribution, best practices, betas, ad network updates, innovation opportunities, etc.)
Skills and Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience managing paid media or programmatic campaigns, including search, social, email, retargeting, podcasts, and/or display
- Attuned to international eCommerce trends, and consumer behavior
- Willingness to travel internationally
- Expert in Google Analytics, Shopify, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other channels
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Highly analytical with proven quantitative skills
- Team-player, hard-working, organized, and goal-oriented
- Excitement for start-ups and building from the ground up
- University degree or equivalent work experience in business, marketing, or related field
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
