The Industry Marketing Group (IMG) at Laserfiche is seeking a creative and motivated professional who is passionate about driving technology innovation to optimize the education, healthcare and manufacturing industry. The marketing manager is the voice of the customer and subject matter expert for industry regulations and trends. Through close collaboration with marketing communications, sales, presales, solution providers and product strategy, the marketing manager influences innovative solution designs and is actively engaged in industry discussions and events. This is a dynamic and exciting role for an entrepreneurial-minded candidate.
The IMG team provides many areas where you can contribute, such as: 
Education
The marketing manager for education is responsible for driving the company's overall strategy for the education market and leads the development and execution of comprehensive marketing programs to achieve lead generation, customer engagement and branding objectives.
Healthcare
The marketing manager for healthcare leads the development and implementation of an integrated marketing program that communicates clear value messaging and drives demand and growth for Laserfiche enterprise content management solutions.
Government
The marketing manager for government is responsible for driving the company's overall marketing strategy for the government market and leads the development and execution of comprehensive marketing programs to achieve the branding and lead generation objectives within the vertical.
Eligible States for Remote Work: Arizona, California, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Nevada, Ohio, Oregon, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, Washington DC, West Virginia and Wisconsin
What You'll Do:

  • Be the subject matter expert on target markets. Develop a deep understanding of our diverse range of customers, their growth needs and challenges.
  • Design, create and execute campaigns to increase marketing qualified leads and develop business opportunities for the industry vertical. Monitor, measure and report on campaign effectiveness.
  • Create an annual marketing strategy to drive lead generation and brand awareness in the industry market.
  • Conduct market research on industry trends and competitors to inform strategic industry marketing initiatives and the go-to-market approach.
  • Host virtual events such as webinars, tradeshows and drive digital marketing initiatives.
  • Serve as a resource to other Laserfiche organizations and departments on industry and technology trends.
  • Support sales channel lead generation and nurturing with effective collateral and compelling marketing campaigns. Ensure our sales teams remain current on industry trends through regular briefings and training sessions.
  • Deliver industry-specific training on solutions and marketing messages to the Laserfiche sales team, solution providers and alliance partners.
  • Collaborate with product marketing and product development to prioritize and incorporate industry requirements into the Laserfiche product roadmap.
  • Work with senior industry customer executives and partners to share Laserfiche thought leadership, expand market intelligence and drive business opportunities.


What We're Looking For
:

  • 3-5 years of experience in digital lead generation marketing in the education, healthcare and manufacturing industry, market research, campaign design and implementation.
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and apply technology innovation and solution development in the vertical markets, and a good understanding of business practices and value chains in the industry.
  • Ability to foster relationships with executive-level prospects and partners.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills when collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems with independence.
  • Strong PC skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Prior working experience with CRM preferred.
  • Experience working in the education, healthcare or manufacturing industry and/or Cloud technology sectors preferred, along with working knowledge of FERPA, HIPAA, ISO standards and other regulatory compliance areas in the industry.
  • Ability to work flexible hours when needed to accommodate traveling for marketing events.
