At Lucky Day, we work closely with a nimble team to push the envelope toward outstanding user experiences. As the Head of User Acquisition you will support the Lucky Day team with the day-to-day product management responsibilities of a cross-functional mobile app team. You’ll have opportunities to influence the timing, design, and all the gears and guts that unlock the capabilities necessary to do so.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years in a user acquisition related role
  • Experience working with multiple teams/stakeholders to gather and document detailed business and technical requirements
  • Working knowledge of agile scrum and the product development lifecycle
  • Preferred qualifications
  • Working knowledge of Appsflyer and Amplitude
  • Strong knowledge of Facebook, Google, and Snap Ads
  • Strong aptitude in analytics and data modeling
  • Microsoft Excel Wiz

Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of user acquisition managers and run optimization of campaigns across multiple ad networks (Facebook, Google, and Ad Networks, among others).
  • Provide strategic direction for all media buying and user acquisition efforts, and report up to help ensure key executives have the right visibility into one of Lucky Day’s strategic pillars.
  • Establish target metrics and oversee spend allocations, ensuring KPIs are achieved.
  • Run user acquisition campaigns on Facebook, Google, Instagram, etc for various platforms and devices, ensuring KPIs are achieved.
  • Manage a multimillion-dollar monthly budget, ensuring a profitable return on investment.
  • Oversee a Creative team on ad development and drive production deliverables.
  • Cultivate and own relationships with industry and platforms partners.
