We are getting ready to launch and scale an automotive service startup that could transform the consumer vehicle ownership experience. The vision is an end-to-end vehicle service platform that connects consumers with repair shops leveraging the industry’s most advanced data platform. ABOUT THE POSITION:

 

Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, the Head of Brand Marketing will own the development of the overall brand strategy and plan to raise the company’s brand awareness among our target audience. The ideal candidate is a seasoned brand strategist, who is both creative and analytical and is well versed in all disciplines of brand management, and has experience elevating brands through innovative and compelling storytelling and campaigns.

 

Responsibilities:

 

-Conduct consumer research to develop our brand positioning, brand narrative and overall strategy to support the company’s brand.

-Develop a deep understanding of our target audience and their motivations and identify key messaging opportunities to reach them.

-Build recognition of our brand in all of our target audiences, using earned and paid media, content marketing, and social engagement.

-Drive thoughtful, well-articulated creative campaigns that lead to world class creative executions across multiple online and offline channels, including broadcast, digital and social.

-Report on campaign performance and initiate timely recommendations for optimization.

-Ensure brand consistency throughout the company’s operations, both externally (advertising, product, partnerships, etc.) and internally to all stakeholders.

-Conduct brand perception studies to measure brand awareness and perception for both the company and its key competitors.

Requirements:

 

-Have 10+ years of brand marketing experience. You’ve built nationally recognized brands before and know what it takes to elevate a brand to greatness.

-Be customer obsessed, a data geek, and a great storyteller. You have the empathy to understand the customer, the ability to find and understand what the data is telling you, and the creativity to take that and tell stories that make an impact.

-A proven track record of personal success and ambitious undertakings.

-Have the entrepreneurial spirit needed to help shape our startup company’s identity.
