Growth Marketing Analyst (Sr/Mid Level)

We are looking to add a world-class Growth Marketing Data Analyst to our team. The Growth Marketing Data Analyst will provide insights into how our Marketing Campaigns are performing, measure Marketing KPIs and suggest improvements/optimizations based on LTV Projections. This is the first Growth Marketing Data Analyst we are hiring in the Data Analytics team which is exciting as Analytics branches out to Marketing.

What you will do:
- Partner with Marketing, Finance, and Engineering to provide analytics and insights into Marketing Operations.
- Deliver Ad hoc and recurring reports related to Campaigns, Marketing KPIs and Product Marketing.
- Wrangle data from multiple platforms and datasets to help in campaign optimization and reporting.
- Provide insights and recommendations using data analytics including LTV projections/optimizations
- Instrument patterns and trends using Tableau for Marketing Ops to Monitor and provide insights
- Partner with the Data Engineering team to build infrastructure and automate data refreshes
- Work with all teams within Marketings OPs to create KPIs as health metrics.
- Work closely with Marketing Ops, Product, Finance and Engineering to forecast and optimize performance.
What you bring to the table:
- 2+ Years Experience as a Marketing/Growth Data Analyst or Data Analyst with Marketing experience
- 2+ Years creating advanced SQL queries
- 1+ Years creating and maintaining complex Tableau Dashboards
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and requests in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Facebook Ads Manager
- Experience with Affiliate Marketing, Attribution Modeling, and Cost Analysis.
- Experience with a DSP, SSP, DMP, PMP with an understanding of RTB.
- Experience working with complex and technical teams
- Working knowledge of Python, R, and/or other data-wrangling capabilities.
- Experience with KPIs in a Marketing Organization
Nice to Haves:
- Technical background able to grasp and understand technical issues or technical approaches.
- Experience at a company with Big Data and basic understanding of data
- Experience with RedShift/BigQuery
