Endpoint is looking for a Growth Associate who will play a crucial role in the development of our Growth team, strategy, and processes as we scale. You will get a first-hand look at a hyper-growth technology company and have the opportunity to help transform the title and escrow industry with a world-class team. In turn — we are looking for a dynamic team player who is interested in both creative marketing and the technical intricacies that align with campaign management.
As the Growth Associate, you will:
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including design, sales, and enterprise to evolve our growth strategy
- Lead project management for marketing campaigns, managing timelines, design reviews, and final deliverables
- Manage website content and build email campaigns
- Oversee audience lists for ongoing lead-generation campaigns
- Ensure quality assurance and management of marketing campaign data
- Architect and maintain documentation for growth, sales, and enterprise teams
- Support with event management and experiential marketing strategy
- Be highly adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
You’ll come to Endpoint with:
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- A detail-oriented mindset and willingness to wear many hats
- Strong technical skills; excel required, HTML a definite plus
- Experience with email marketing platforms
- Passion for real estate and/or technology
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in marketing or business administration
- 2+ years of working experience on an in-house marketing team or at an agency
