Growth Analyst

Reformation is looking for a Growth Analyst to join the Growth Marketing team. The team is focused on amplifying the organic success of Reformation, and this role will play a crucial part in helping the organization realize wins. The Growth Analyst will report directly to the Director of Digital Marketing + Analytics, and is responsible for ideating and executing projects to measure the performance of marketing investment. The day-to-day will vary, but the right candidate is analytical, strategic, and operational with a desire to see the tangible impact of his or her efforts.


What You’ll Do:

  • Identify, propose, and measure opportunities to optimize marketing investment by developing a holistic understanding of the purchase funnel across marketing and product touchpoints
  • Make and drive recommendations by interpreting data and building scalable analyses to monitor, measure and report on paid marketing KPIs, and present findings to a broader group of stakeholders
  • Bring customer insights into the center of marketing - identify questions about our customer and dig through data to propose answers
  • Conduct benchmarking to ensure that everything Reformation communicates in growth marketing channels is unique, thoughtful, on-brand and industry-leading

What You’ll Need:

  • BA/BS degree required in business, statistics and/or economics 
  • 2 years of relevant experience; experience at top-tier management consulting preferred
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills – skilled with Microsoft Excel, able to create elegant models, and interested in translating data into actionable insights
  • Entrepreneurial, creative and scrappy mindset
  • Exposure to performance marketing platforms a plus
  • Exposure to the Google Cloud suite (Analytics, Data Studio, Big Query) a plus
