Telesign is hiring a Field Marketing Manager, Americas! If you thrive in a fast-paced, results driven, and collaborative environment, this role is for you! Acting as the CMO of your region, you will partner with sales leadership to develop, execute, and optimize the regional marketing strategy to deliver qualified leads that convert to pipeline and exceed revenue goals. This role works as part of the Global Field Marketing team and partners cross-functionally to deliver integrated marketing campaigns to engage new prospects and grow existing accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and execute a regional marketing strategy aligned to sales objectives and marketing performance goals
- Develop and champion new ideas and creative ways to market
- Own the sourcing, orchestration, and development of integrated marketing programs including in-person events, webinars, digital, paid media, and more
- Manage and optimize a regional budget to deliver programs with the highest ROI and ensure personal and team goal attainment
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders on regional plans, budget, goals, program updates, and results
- Build strong relationships cross-functionally with sales, customer success, product, ABM and other marketing teams to support campaign development, execution, and lead follow-up
- Collaborate with other Field Marketers to contribute and leverage marketing motions aligned to a global strategy
- Source and manage relationships with industry associations and 3rd party vendors
Essential Requirements:
- 5+ years of B2B field marketing experience, preferably in the B2B technology industry
- Domestic travel 10-20% with the potential for 1-2 international trips per year
- Experience working alongside sales leaders and other marketing teams to develop and execute regional marketing strategies
- Data driven with a successful track record driving pipeline and revenue with high-performing campaigns by optimizing budget for maximum ROI
- Knowledge of the customer journey and marketing strategy application to reach specific audience segments and outcomes
- Excellent oral and written communication for internal collaboration and external promotions
- Excellent organizational and project management skills to simultaneously manage multiple complex projects with the highest level of diligence
- Self-motivated with a strong action orientation to seek opportunities, solutions and results with a sense of urgency
- Ability to thrive in a rapid growth, fast-paced, adaptive environment
- Desire to collaborate cross-functionally to drive individual, team, and organizational success

We consider many different factors to determine your compensation package at Telesign. We assess your specific job family, level, relevant skills, experience, location and other special trainings, experiences, or accomplishments you bring to the position. Pay decisions are also guided by our financial means as well as analyzed against what others earn internally. We strive to pay competitively and offer market differentiated benefits and perquisites in line with our compensation philosophy. Telesign's good faith estimate for this position is $63,000 - $120,100 + bonus + benefits. This range is a reflection of many similar like positions and your actual compensation may not be at the high or low end of the range but will be based on your unique skills and other criteria mentioned.
