We are looking for a Senior Manager, Demand Partnerships to join our growing account team.  This role will be responsible for developing, executing and owning the long term account strategy for some of our top Property & Casualty clients. 

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute account strategy for large carrier partners.
  • Craft and present business reviews to top stakeholders on a quarterly basis.
  • Act as an advisor for our clients on how they can most efficiently achieve their business KPI’s.
  • Work with account managers and the business analytics team in order to make sure that campaigns are highly successful.
  • Use strong judgement to recognize potential roadblocks and escalate accordingly.
  • Effectively and knowledgeably demonstrate our product offerings, including new product pitches & some business development initiatives.
  • Provide relevant support for all new product initiatives, as well as recommend new features, products, or marketing strategies based on partner feedback, market trends, competitive dynamics & internal operational requirements.
  • Establish trusted working relationships with team members and develop a strong understanding of the companies organization, operations, best practices and formal/informal processes for allocating resources.

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of experience managing large, strategic brands in online advertising.
  • Experience in performance-based marketing, ideally in a programmatic environment.
  • Analytical (i.e. gathers and utilizes the right data and information to come to logical conclusions).
  • Strong written and verbal communicator.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Advisor mindset, understands the importance of deeply understanding our clients business problems & initiatives.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities with limited direction.
  • Open-minded.
  • Deliberate leaner.
