FabFitFun is looking for an experienced, creative and enthusiastic Events & Retail Production Manager to play key role in the planning and execution of FFF events and popups. This motivated individual will be working closely with the Events Director and Events Coordinator to create experiential brand moments.

 What You’ll Do:

  • Work closely with the Events Director & Coordinator to plan and design FFF events and popups
  • Oversee the production of both internal and external events
  • Build and manage event budgets
  • Negotiate contracts prior to closing any deals
  • Perform site visits and coordinate with vendors to ensure that all events are executed seamlessly
  • Proactively handle any arising issues and troubleshoot any emerging problems in advance of and on the event day
  • Review vendor and venue contracts, work closely with the legal team
  • Strategize event calendars and partnerships
  • Conduct market research for new event venues, talent, and vendors
  • Ideate and create event concepts

What You’ll Bring:

  • A strong background in event production and coordination
  • 4-5 years of event related planning, preferably in the consumer industry
  • Self-starter mindset, able to work under minimal direction
  • Willingness to assist or lead the execution of events which may take place outside of business hours
  • Ability to negotiate with vendors and venues
  • A strategic and thoughtful approach to planning and budgeting
  • Exceptional analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Detail oriented with strong ability in written and verbal communication
  • Ability to problem solve and bring timely resolution to issues
  • Driver’s license required
  • Willingness to travel
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Powerpoint, Word, Excel)
