Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end management of events (large and small-scale industry events, VidMob-produced activations, conference sponsorships, webinars, partner events, etc), from strategic planning to execution and post-event reporting/analysis. 
  • Manage the events calendar, budget, timelines, resourcing needs, and individual project deliverables.
  • Collaborate with sales, partnership, and growth stakeholders to create compelling event experiences with a focus on delivering high-quality leads and generating pipeline, while maximizing the return on investment of each event.
  • Conduct research and identify new event opportunities that ladder up to the company’s goals and marketing themes. 
  • Manage relationships with vendors and associations, including negotiating contracts and agreements to ensure the lowest cost and highest quality of service. 
  • Source and manage promotional items for key marketing initiatives. 
  • Provide post-event analysis, budget recaps, internal and external feedback and incorporate learnings into future event plans. 
  • Work in close partnership with growth and content marketing to plan and execute pre, during, and post-event nurture and engagement campaigns.
  • Work closely with the creative to ensure consistency to brand guidelines

Qualifications

  • 5+ years’ experience in marketing for a B2B technology company or agency.
  • Experience developing and coordinating largescale events (offline and/or online) with extreme organization and attention to detail.
  • Excellent planning and project management skills with a consistent track record of follow-through.
  • Ability to understand and prioritize competing business needs. 
  • Strategic thinker who can take broad visions and develop structured concepts, measurable metrics, and then execute on those plans.
  • Proven ability to anticipate issues and have (or quickly develop) contingency plans.
  • Expertise in managing calendars and aligning cross-functional stakeholders around key themes and programs. 
  • Creative problem solver who makes decisions confidently but accepts mistakes with grace and seeks opportunities to learn from them. 
  • Strong bias towards action with the ability to advise and make decisions quickly amidst multiple stakeholders.
  • A career path that demonstrates increasing levels of responsibility and proven success delivering measurable results.
  • Experience with Salesforce and Marketo is a plus.
