About the Role
GoodRx is seeking a smart and capable Coordinator to join the Enterprise Marketing team and report to the Senior Marketing Manager, Compliance and Special Projects. This individual will execute on initiatives and provide day-to-day support for enterprise marketing operations.
The role will be part of a passionate, highly cross-functional team that brings new programs to market. With success in individual projects, this position will also have the opportunity to assist in routine enterprise marketing needs, develop new marketing materials, and manage marketing operations that directly impact partner programs.
Responsibilities:
- Keep detailed records of all partner marketing plans, design assets and materials that were developed and executed on
- Collaborate with other teams (e.g., Product, Design, Legal, Print and Program managers) to schedule marketing activations with new product and program launches
- Support creative review process with internal/external teams, including proofing new and refreshed marketing materials before shareouts, ensuring sign-offs from key stakeholders and reviewing copy and artwork from pre- to post-production stages
- Fulfill routine and ad hoc orders that come from enterprise partners, including weekly order submissions, inventory management, and quality control checks
- Work with various partners/vendors to gather assets, samples, media specs, creative deadlines, and other materials as needed for upcoming digital and print campaigns
- Submit vendor invoices and provide monthly marketing spend reporting to Finance
- Assist with ad hoc projects and additional assignments as needed
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required, with 1-3 years of professional experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Google Drive (Sheets, Docs and Slides), Adobe Acrobat
- Highly organized, detail-oriented and self-motivated
- Strong team player with positive attitude who adapts easily to a fast-paced environment
- Develops and maintains trusting, respectful and collaborative relationships
- Excellent verbal, oral and written communication skills
- Analytical problem solver with a strong work ethic who can work individually and with a team
