About the Position:

As our Email Production Coordinator you will be responsible for building, testing, and scheduling of hundreds of restaurant-to-diner email campaigns as part of our monthly email subscription program for restaurants, The Monthly Taste, that is quickly growing.

Within 1 month, You'll..

• Experience employee onboarding to absorb ChowNow’s mission, products, history, culture and toolsets.
• You’ll get to shadow each department for an in depth look into how each team plays their part.
• After you’ve gained context into your role and insight for how much of an impact you can make, you’ll learn the email production process using Salesforce, Box, and Iterable.
• You’ll be working with the Email Marketing Coordinator to build, QA, and schedule (through Iterable) hundreds of templated diner engagement emails a month -- as part of our monthly email subscription program “The Monthly Taste”.

Within 3 months, You'll..

• Have a proven track record for successfully producing a high volume of emails and deploying on time -- keeping pace as the monthly email subscription program scales, with over 90 new Monthly Taste signups each month.

Within 6 months, You'll..

• Take on HTML email production for additional B2B and Consumer email marketing campaigns, while maintaining production pace for The Monthly Taste.

You Should Apply If:

• You’re process oriented and even more so, proactive in finding gaps in efficiency and presenting solutions to increase productivity.
• You’re skillful with time management and possess the ability to produce a high volume of emails using an HTML template -- which is proven by your previous experience in producing emails and coordinating a large volume of digital assets.
• You are completely transparent and clear in your communication.
• You are skilled in email coding (HTML/CSS).
• Previous experience in an ESP (Iterable, Marketo, Iterable), Litmus, Salesforce is a plus.
• Previous experience with segmentation, familiarity with segmentation logic is a plus.
