We were named the Top Performing eCommerce Agency of 2019 for Conversational Marketing. We're looking for an email marketing expert to take that same approach to our SMS marketing service.

We prefer someone working within the eCommerce space already. Please DO NOT APPLY if you're not in the eCommerce space.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Identify target audience and grow email/sms lists.
• Design and implement direct email marketing campaigns (popups etc...).
• Proofread emails for clarity, grammar and spelling.
• Ensure mobile-friendly email templates.
• Write newsletters including all company updates.
• Personalization and advanced email marketing features.
• Ensure prompt and accurate communication with clients via email.
• Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements.
• Report on sales revenue generated from email marketing efforts.
• Ensure emails follow industry policies and best practices.
• Must know Klaviyo, Privy, Shoelace etc...

Qualifications:

• Education level: High School +
• Experience: 1-2 Years working in email marketing for brands
• Specific skills: Communication, Onboarding, Customer Retention, Client management, Must be very very very tech-savvy.
