We are looking for a detail-oriented Email Marketing Coordinator to join our team in the LA Office. Using MediaAlpha’s platform, this position will support our email marketing programs within the travel and insurance verticals to drive revenue and engagement.

 Responsibilities:

• Execute daily promotional campaigns for multiple brands using internal ESP, including creative development, QA, and deployment
• Collaborate with external and internal partners to manage email offers
• Track KPI's for internal and partner reporting
• Manage email promotion calendar and monitor support inboxes
• Assist with other projects as necessary

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in email marketing/production
• Knowledge of CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CCPA and email best practices
• Experience with email coding/HTML/CSS
• High-level understanding of key email metrics and reporting
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with impeccable attention to detail 
• Comfortable working in a changing, deadline-driven environment
• Familiarity with lead generation and SMS is a plus
