Summary / Objective:

Klickly is seeking an intelligent, organized, and highly-motivated individual to join us as a Director of Consumer Growth. This role will be responsible for developing highly-successful consumer-facing eCommerce marketing campaigns (both asset development and campaign management). It is especially suited to individuals with a proven track-record driving conversions via paid platforms (Facebook, Instagram, marketplaces) and well as through channels such as email – the role will own a significant portion of Klickly’s campaign management, with a focus on ad creation, campaign management, and performance optimization. 4-5+ years experience in a performance marketing or conversion role desired. Passion for startups a must.

Essential functions:
Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing, refining, and optimizing FULL FUNNEL campaigns, from creative to purchase to upsell to follow-on emails, with an eye towards conversion optimization and increasing LTV
  • Developing ad and lander assets (images, videos and copy), working with Klickly’s designers and broader product team as required
  • Creating ad campaigns via Facebook and other advertising platforms, troubleshooting issues as they arise
  • Conducting tests and analyses (e.g. split tests) to understand the effectiveness of advertising campaigns
  • Proposing growth strategies and funnel optimizations based on campaign results
  • Reviewing email campaigns (email lists, abandoned cart, receipt upsells, and etc to optimize for additional conversions)

Desired experience and skills:

  • 4-5 years experience in a performance marketing or conversion-optimization role
  • 2 years experience in eCommerce
  • Demonstrated ability to develop high-performing advertising assets (ads and landers)
  • Demonstrated ability to create, run and manage complex advertising campaigns via paid platforms (and other)
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze post-purchase funnel (emails / upsells) to generate additional conversions and increase LTV
  • Strong analytical skills, applied within a strategic, goal-oriented, and organized analytical approach, with a demonstrated ability to deliver against KPIs
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Organized with impeccable attention to detail and a methodical and consistent working style
  • Experience working with technical teams
