CreatorIQ is looking for an experienced Director of Demand Generation to own the demand generation strategy and execution of a hyper growth SaaS company.
Our ideal candidate is a revenue-centric marketer with seasoned skills in a modern B2B marketing organization. They have a proven track record of successfully collaborating with Sales, Revenue & Marketing Operations, and Product Marketing teams. The Director of Demand Gen will report to the Global Head of Marketing of CreatorIQ.

What you’ll do:
- Orchestrate CreatorIQ's demand generation strategy. Own allocation of human and budget resources, including scope, target outcomes, KPIs, and dependencies
- Develop and execute innovative, multi-channel ABM campaigns - leveraging content, email, ads, events, and more - that drive both brand awareness and sales pipeline value
- Partner with sales on targets, campaigns, scoring, follow-up strategies, lead management, and reporting
- Embed an account-based ethos in all marketing activities, and build a collaborative cross-team culture toward the realization of CreatorIQ’s ABM ambitions
- Work closely with Sales, Revenue & Marketing Operations, and Product Marketing leadership on alignment mechanisms that spurn collaboration
- Work in Salesforce and Marketo to create email nurture programs, segmented lists, and campaign assets— including emails, landing pages, and forms
Who you are and what makes you qualified:
- 6+ years of experience with B2B demand generation, with 2+ years managing a team
- Strong understanding of both inbound and account-based marketing techniques, technologies, and KPIs
- Broad and deep domain expertise across demand generation disciplines, including content marketing, digital marketing, marketing technology, data infrastructure, and analytics/reporting
- Expertise with a variety of marketing tools, and experience integrating and automating an existing technology stack
- Experience at SaaS companies that have gone through hyper-growth, with a focus on enterprise sales
- Highly analytical nature, with an ability to roll up sleeves and "go deep" as needed to improve performance and outcomes
