SUMMARY
WELL™ Health’s Director of Brand Marketing will lead the strategy, development, and execution of marketing campaigns that drive top-of-mind attention among WELL’s ideal customer profile and across all verticals. As a master of promotion with categories, including Creative Design, Content, and in partnership with Corporate Communications, WELL’s Director of Brand Marketing will lead an extraordinarily talented team of storytellers to elevate the WELL™ Health brand among prospects, customers, and employees alike.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage top-of-funnel brand awareness marketing campaigns across all channels and verticals
- Directly oversee and manage WELL’s creative design team, content marketing team, and work closely with Corporate Communications, including PR, AR, and Social Media
- Raise the voice of executives and key employees as respective thought leaders
- Define and measure metrics to advise the Head of Marketing and leadership team on data-driven decisions regarding top-of-mind brand recall
- Manage the brand marketing budget and ensure key deliverables from vendors, providers, and agencies
- Work closely with Product Marketing and Demand Marketing leaders to effectively drive WELL’s brand awareness campaigns in line with company objectives and positioning
- Work closely with People and Talent teams to ensure hiring best candidates, and retaining best talent
REQUIREMENTS
- 8+ years of experience in a senior marketing leadership role for B2B SaaS
- Experience running and/or working with creative, content, and communications teams, including PR, AR, and social media functions
- Understanding of digital channels, creativity, and market feel. A strong marketing background with the ability to recognize great storytelling and visuals
- History of translating customer insights into marketing strategies that drive revenues and grow customer value
- Understanding of a fast-paced and ever-changing startup environment, “roll up your sleeves” mindset and drive to accomplish what is necessary. Self-starter with the ability to independently lead this segment of the business
- Excellent organizational leadership skills. Ability to work collaboratively with peers and external partners

LOCATION
WELL™ is headquartered in Santa Barbara, CA with offices in Boston, MA and Los Angeles, CA (forthcoming). For this role, we are looking for candidates that are currently located anywhere within the United States and are seeking a permanently remote role. #LI-Remote
